Missing man found in drain identified




New Orleans, LA (PPN) – A month long search for a New Orleans missing man has sadly ended.

The body of a young man was found Sunday inside a 7th ward storm drain.. Joseph Consonery, 22, died of a gunshot wound, according to the Coroner’s Office.

Police reported that Consonery’s body was found in the 1700 block of Allen Street. He was last seen April 17 at this girlfriend’s home in the 4800 block of Touro Street.
