Louisiana Gospel Recording Artist Chris Plant Jr debut Album Release-“GOD’S WAY”

Chris Plant Jr is a native of White Castle, LA.

Chris’ dream as a gospel-recording artist started at a very young age. Chris love for music and his ability to play music began at the age of 8 years old. His love for gospel music is rooted in his dedication to the ministry of God’s Word. A faithful servant of God, he has been in ministry since he was 17 years old, preaching his first sermon at the age of 18.

In 2015, Chris became a licensed ordained minister, and today, he is the minister and music director at Antioch Baptist Church in Brusly, LA and Greater Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, LA.

Chris Plant, Jr. performed his debut album “God’s Way” at Greater King David Baptist Church auditorium to over 200 people in attendance.

National Recording Artist Jonathan Nelson assisted with hosting the event.

Several local elected officials were in attendance, among them were East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome and Metro City Council Member Chauna Banks.

Also many local gospel groups came to show their support.
