Four men arrested for stolen firearms and drugs

Hammond, LA (PPN) – An unnamed individual reported a tip about four white men to the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office on March 28.

The detectives from TPSO and St. Helena Parish Sheriff’s Office received information about the location of stole guns hidden at Ryan Hickey’s home.

Hickey, 38, has been in trouble with the law prior to this. According to police, he has had burglary and possession of drug charges. He was arrested for possession of schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a stolen firearm, and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

When the cops arrived and searched the home, they found an AK-47 and another stolen firearm. Detectives also found methamphetamine and paraphernalia.

Donnie Clint Johnson, 26, William Maher, 36, and Garret Hopwood, 22, was also inside of the home and arrested. These three men have been charged with possession of schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
