It was first reported by the Rouge Collection that a young lady was called a “fat nigger” by a white Baton Rouge judge. Community Organizer Daniel Banguel spoke with Judge Erwin regarding the racial slur allegations. Judge Erwin declined to further comment regarding the incident but he did however denied all allegations.
